Work orders were always completed withing 24 hours (many times within a few hours of sending the request). The office staff is friendly and consistent. The same property manager and office associates were there from the day I moved in until the day I left--that's pretty amazing for an apartment leasing office. Yes, the rent is somewhat high, but by Charlottesville standards it's pretty normal. I'm only sorry that I had to move!
