  We were so lucky to have worked with Deborah during our move from MA to VA. She is wonderful.   We closed on a house at the end of April and we used Deborah Rutter as our buying agent. We had been looking in the Charlottesville area for a house with Deborah for the past 2 years.
  
  We would use her again in a heartbeat. She is very knowledgeable in the Greater Charlottesville real estate market. She will take you from the first step all the way through to closing and then some. She has just the right balance of patience and persistence. She anticipates your needs. She goes the extra mile before you even need to ask her.
  
  For example, on her recommendation, we got the home inspection done before making an offer on the older house that we eventually bought. Her advice was spot on as we were able to determine the quality of the house before going into negotiations. This was something we would never have thought of but her advice made a big difference.
  
  Deborah has a list of people who will assist in the home buying/selling process. These people span the gamut from real estate lawyer to a handyman. They are all excellent in their fields. This shows the value of having Deborah as your agent.
