  They are an outsourced company hired by Sears corp. to do installations for the store. We had our appliance scheduled for install and haul away of our old item (which we paid add'l fees for through Sears.) First they never contacted us within the 24 hour window that was explained to us by Sears.com I had to reach out to customer service to find out how to contact the installation people. I finally was contacted, and unfortunately their install hours are so obtuse and not conducive to anybody with a working schedule. Luckily my husband is out on leave and able to be there for the installation.
  My husband advised me that when they arrived the installers were huffing and puffing (under breath complaining) about having to take our appliance up 2 flights of stairs to our kitchen-- Really? Not every house is a rambler or ranch style. The Oven fit, but the electrical junction box was too high and needed to be moved and lowered. Not sure why a plumbing company is doing electrical work? Are they master electricians? Because on certain jobs you have to be a licensed electrician to do install work. They advised that there would be more add'l fees and they 1/2 a**'d offered to help or explain what to do with the junction box.
  My husband simply declined and said to please take the oven back to the store as we would set up our own installation and have our own technician come out. They left, and also left our old oven sitting in our foyer. When I reached out to the company's owner I had the most unprofessional and ridiculous conversation ever. I work in customer service and I suppose the old "adage" the customer is always right doesn't apply to their company. I was chastised on the phone about their technicians, and my husband was called a liar.
  Needless to say, I advised Sears and others about this experience and hopefully something will come of it.
