  My shy 17 year old daughter had a terribly humiliating experience here thanks to the young staff that obviously only cared about making a sale. She hasn't done any bra shopping independently; even with help, she finds it a daunting experience to begin with. Like most 17 year olds she has some body image issues; these issues were just made worse by "Kaitlyn's" insistence that she is a 36 DD. That's right, a DOUBLE D. My daughter is small for her age, and at most wears a B cup. My daughter tried to tell her they were WAY too big, but felt intimidated by the staff person who insisted it was fine. Then she was too embarrassed to say anything in front of her grandmother because she didn't feel comfortable talking about her breast size in the middle of the store. So now we own 5 bras built for Jessica Rabbit, that will be promptly returned to the store. Thanks for contributing to my daughter's body issues. I know you've lost my business, and undoubtedly you've lost a future customer as well. If you're going to advertise that you employ "bra-fitting specialists," perhaps they should actually be trained to do so. So disappointing.
