  I have lived in one of Barry's properties for nearly three years now, and highly recommend him as a landlord. He takes his business seriously, requiring background checks and renter's insurance for tenants, and understands the leases and legal rights of both parties inside and out. It shows that he deeply cares for his properties and their inhabitants--he responds to service calls promptly, ensures that the yard and pavements are maintained and de-iced when necessary, and even sends birthday cards to his tenants.... If an attentive, considerate, and by-the-books landlord is who seek, then look no further.
